Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all coaching, consulting, and training services provided by Cassie Day Consulting ("Consultant") to individual clients ("Client").

1. General Business Details

Cassie Day Consulting is a sole trader business. Contact can be made via email at [email protected]. Quotes are valid for 30 days, after which a revised scope of work may be required.

2. Scope of Work

Services include coaching & advisory, business & strategy consulting, and bespoke training. Services are tailored to individual clients, although structured programs may be offered where appropriate.

3. Quoting

· Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

· Acceptance of a quote must be made in writing via email or message.

4. Payment Terms

· Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.

· Preferred payment method is Bank Transfer.

· A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the quote.

· One-off consulting sessions must be paid at least 24 hours in advance. Payment confirms your booking.

· No interest is charged on overdue invoices, however future services may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

· We are flexible with rescheduling.

· Services are not extended beyond 4 weeks past the expected contract end date unless otherwise negotiated.

· 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

· No-show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

· No refunds are offered except under extenuating circumstances.

6. Delivery of Work / Session Logistics

· Sessions may be conducted online or in person. In person sessions by the hour may attract a travel fee.

· Session timing is flexible, based on mutual agreement.

· Session summaries or notes can be provided by an AI tool, it is your responsibility to take notes otherwise.

· Resources and recordings may be supplied for training sessions on negotiation and where practical.

· Clients are expected to ensure their own access to suitable technology and a distraction-free environment.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

· Be punctual and prepared for sessions.

· Engage fully in the coaching or training process.

· Complete any questionnaire’s and submit supporting documentation at least 48 hours prior to their first scheduled session.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

· All materials developed remain the intellectual property of Cassie Day Consulting.

· Client discussions and session content remain strictly confidential.

· Clients are not permitted to share resources provided with third parties outside the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

Services are delivered in good faith. No outcomes are guaranteed. The Consultant is not liable for decisions made or outcomes experienced by the Client during or after the engagement.

10. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Refunds are not provided except under extenuating circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution / Governing Law

Any disputes will be handled respectfully in the first instance. This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia.

12. Optional Terms

· Testimonials may be used for marketing anonymously unless otherwise requested.

· Clients must not solicit or poach collaborators, contractors, or staff involved with Cassie Day Consulting.
